We normally settle payments at the end of the visit on same day , unless some other arrangement is made prior that , we are on the HICAPS network with all australian health funds. So you normally pay your gap only without need to make any claims yourself.

We are contracted providers with most of the major health funds which make our fees more affordable and gets you the most of your cover. While some providers uses the term “health fund preferred” ,we are aiming to be “your” preferred place to be.

The best standards of treatment is our promise. We do not save any effort in making your experience the best possible. Starting with the welcoming warmth on your first visit down to the ongoing post treatment care. You will touch our commitment to you.

Dental Payment Plans

Some treatments might be costly. And we do understand that life is too busy that sometimes financials are not ready to deal with some dental work that would improve quality of life or necessary to prevent further complications. We do our best so you can get your treatment in the best proposed time and arrange for convenient payments later.

We accept all third party funded treatment like Veteran’s affairs Gold Card Holders and all forms of SADS if you are eligible.

Using your Superannuation for Dental Treatments

It is possible to use superannuation (super) funds to pay for medical and dental treatments. This option fits into an arrangement with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and is called ‘Compassionate Release of Superannuation’. This program can be a solution for people who would otherwise not be able to afford necessary medical or dental expenses and who don’t qualify for treatment in the public health system.

Each superannuation fund has its own rules, however, most have an option for early access to pay a lump sum to cover out-of-pocket expenses for dental treatments for members and even their family members.
